The FLAME Business & Consulting Club (FB&C) hosted its General Management Competition – HR Conclave 2024, bringing together some of the brightest minds on campus for a day of strategy, spontaneity, and structured thinking.
Designed to test participants across multiple dimensions of management, from analytical reasoning to people-centric decision-making, the event unfolded through a three-stage format. The competition began with a General Management Quiz round that shortlisted the top eight teams, followed by an intense debate round where participants defended their ideas and showcased their ability to think on their feet.
The excitement escalated in the role-play round, where the top four teams tackled real-world HR scenarios, simulating boardroom-level problem-solving and leadership decision-making. The final stage, a high-stakes rapid fire, determined the most well-rounded team capable of balancing strategy with awareness.
The event not only showcased the competitive spirit of FLAME students but also reflected FB&C Club’s mission to provide experiential learning platforms that mirror real corporate challenges. The HR Conclave successfully blended analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration, leaving participants with lessons that extend far beyond the classroom.
